ADMISSION PROCEDURE

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Filling up application with proper details.
2. Application form and the required documents to be submitted at the School Office, on the mentioned date.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM: 

1. Photocopy of the Birth Certificate and the Original Birth Certificate to be carried for verification.
2. Two recent colour passport size photographs of the student.
3. Copy of Aadhar Card of  Child
4. Copy of Aadhar Card of both the Parents.
5. Proof of residence – A self attested photocopy of the Electoral card/Driving License/Passport/Electricity Bill (Originals of these documents required for verification).
6. Vaccination record of child (Applicable for classes Pre KG LKG & UKG)
7. Medical certificate of child (In case of any Major Ailment/ Allergy)
8. Proof of previous class studied – Transfer Certificate / Study Certificate / Report Card (except for class Pre KG)
9. An amount of Rs. 200/- must be paid as application processing fee at the time of submission of filled-in forms. This must be presented only as Cash/Online transfer to ENDEAVOUR ACADEMY School bank account.
